Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from the University of Miami and holds advanced fellowship training in Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Functional Medicine. Her diverse background includes clinical experience in family practice, urology, and integrative medicine, allowing her to treat the whole person through individualized programs that restore energy, hormonal balance, and overall resilience.

 

Michelle focuses on helping patients optimize longevity, hormone health, and metabolic function—empowering them to feel vibrant, strong, and balanced at every stage of life. Her care blends data-driven diagnostics with lifestyle and nutritional strategies to create truly personalized pathways to health.

 

Outside the clinic, Michelle embraces an active, outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys strength training, horseback riding, and paddle boarding along Miami’s coast. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, she can often be found spending time with her golden retriever, Custard.
