About Dr. COLOSI
Conner believes that every person should be able to operate at the best physical capacity that their body allows. Whether it is a specific athletic skill or a day-to-day activity, everyone’s movement needs are different. Conner aims to restore and optimize those movements by gaining a comprehensive view of a patient/client’s abilities and difficulties through conversation and evaluation. During his sessions Conner aims to challenge and empower people in a way that is motivating but free of ego. One of his favorite mantras is, “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.”
Prior to earning his doctorate Conner worked as a strength and conditioning coach, developing programs for collegiate fencers, figure skaters, and CrossFit competitors. As a physical therapist he is a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist and has rehabilitated athletes of all ages from elite to recreational. While familiar with most sports, Conner has extensive experience as a therapist for tennis players, martial artists, and tactical professions.
Conner grew up in a rural part of West Palm Beach, Florida and has always enjoyed the outdoors in one form or another. In his free time he enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, camping, martial arts, and blacksmithing.
