Our clinic accepts and files most all insurance plans. We are Preferred Providers for:

If your network is not listed, please contact us to check your benefits. Most plans have chiropractic and physical therapy benefits and if we are out of network, we will stay competitive with your in-network rates. Call us today!

Our clinic also accepts non-insurance paying patients. We accept major credit cards, checks, cash, and Care Credit. We also offer a discount to those without insurance as we have reduced fees from not filing claims, no follow-ups, no appeals.

 

 

Payments and Credit Card Authorization:

If we have chosen to not be a contracted provider for your plan (i.e out of network), it is because of unfavorable managed care practices and we will do our best to be competitive as an out-of-network provider.
