About Dr. FOWLER

As co-owner and clinician at Physical Dimensions for 12 years, Tyler has had the opportunity to treat and manage a wide range of conditions from Auto/Work-related injuries, treating on the professional beach volleyball tour (AVP), gait dysfunction in long-distance runners, a multitude of cumulative trauma/repetitive stress injuries, general wellness and much more. 

 

Dr. Fowler's approach to his patient's condition is fully integrated. He utilizes in-house physical therapy and specialty regenerative injectables with our nurse practitioner when needed and general full medical care or utilizing our large out of office professional network of patient-centered pain management doctor, regenerative medicine MD, orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Fowler wants his patients well no matter where that happens and he has built an extensive network to make sure his patients are only treated by the best of the best.

Dr. Fowler was born and raised in SW Kansas. Away from the clinic, he enjoys just about everything whether it’s Rockies/Bronco’s games, following KState sports, getting into the mountains for outdoor activities, or dressing up for events in the city. Dr. Fowler's life is dedicated to this clinic and the patients he serves.
