About Dr. Reifschneider

Co-owner of Physical Dimensions, McKenzie's primary clinical objective is to assist each patient reach their maximum potential by addressing every aspect of his or her health. Individuals are extensively evaluated for muscular imbalances, structural alignment and nutritional status in order to reach a dimensional state of wellbeing. Whether you are an athlete or non-athlete, mother-to-be or a child, Dr. Reifschneider will provide you with a compassionate and integrative avenue to health.

Graston Technique, a state-of-the-art soft tissue system that improves injury treatment and rehabilitation, is an essential part of Dr. Reifschneider’s sports medicine/family practice. She treats patients varying from active young children to professional athletes competing on the national level. Marathoners, figure competitors, swimmers, volleyball players, cyclists, and skiers are just a few of the sport-specific patients that Dr. Reifschneider has treated for injury.

Away from the clinic, Dr. Reifschneider enjoys the many outdoor pleasures of Colorado living. She enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her two Italian greyhounds, Stella and Sophia. She has completed various races ranging from short trail runs to the Cincinnati marathon. A fitness and health enthusiast, Dr. Reifschneider encourages her patients to lead a proactive lifestyle and wellbeing.
