Our Nurse Practitioner

About N.P. LEXI

As a provider that uses an integrative and functional medicine approach, N.P. Lexi strives to maximize health outcomes. At Physical Dimensions, she discusses each patient’s health history, nutrition, diet, and exercise, and uses the latest laboratory testing and diagnostic techniques to determine the root cause of any symptom. Lexi prescribes medicine, supplements, therapeutic diets, detoxification programs, and stress-management techniques to prevent poor outcomes and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Lexi worked in an adult acute care setting for over 2 years at the University of Rochester Medical Center. In 2016 she moved to Nashville, Tennessee to study for her M.S.N at Vanderbilt University and simultaneously worked as a float R.N. for all of Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Lexi received her FNP certification in 2018 and worked as a nurse practitioner in a small rural health community outside Nashville for a year and a half. Lexi taught R.N. students at the University of Vanderbilt for the summer 2019 semester before relocating to Denver, Colorado to become the Nurse Practitioner at Physical Dimensions.

Lexi grew up in the town of Pittsford just outside of Rochester, NY. She enjoys spinning, listening to podcasts, a good glass of red zin and all the beautiful outdoor activities Colorado has to offer such as skiing and hiking. Lexi loves to spend time with her family, friends, husband, and their two pups Mia and Jack.
